7. Service Level Agreement

We strive to maintain 99.99% uptime for our services. Enterprise customers may have specific SLA terms outlined in their service agreements. We are not liable for downtime caused by circumstances beyond our control.

8. Payment Terms

For paid services:

• Fees are billed in advance on a subscription basis
• All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated
• We may change pricing with 30 days notice
• You authorize automatic billing for recurring subscriptions
• Failure to pay may result in service suspension

9. Data Protection

We process your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We implement industry-standard security measures but cannot guarantee absolute security. You are responsible for backing up your data.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Void Absolute shall not be liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
• Service interruptions or data loss
• Third-party actions or content

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

14. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of San Francisco County, California.

15. Dispute Resolution

For disputes arising from these terms, you agree to first attempt resolution through good faith negotiation. If unresolved within 30 days, disputes may be submitted to binding arbitration under the American Arbitration Association rules.

16. Export Compliance

Our services may be subject to export control laws. You agree not to export, re-export, or transfer our services to prohibited countries or individuals.

17. Entire Agreement

These terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any service-specific agreements, constitute the entire agreement between you and Void Absolute.
